Revision 1 to the "Notice" corrected the requirement to read ""THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE A COMMERCIAL PRODUCT PROCUREMENT and IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.", vice the original language "THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE NON-PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES".
