CJAG Solid Waste Removal

Amendment 1 - 24 Aug 26 - Eliminate conflict in the period of performance. Remove text "Must be completed by 15 September 2026" from block 10 and Section C. Eliminate NAICS Code inconsistency. NAICS Code 562119 (Other Waste Collection) is the code assigned to this acquisition. Reference to NAICS 237990 is removed. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RFI - 24 Aug 26 - Question 1 - Is this is a brand-new contract OR if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services? Answer - This is a brand-new contract. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Solid Waste Disposal phase requires 1,980 tons of accumulated non-hazardous debris (including vegetation, soil, and building materials) to a licensed facility. Government will provide equipment and labor to load and haul waste, vendor will coordinate with licensed facility to receive waste. Vendor must be able to be on site within 3 hours when needed to resolve issues as required. Estimated contract award: 1 August 2026 Start of performance within 3 days of contract award: Estimated - 5 August 2026 Completion: 15 days after contract award
