Radio and RoIP Package

Offutt AFB has a requirment for a Radio and RoIP Package. Submit signed and dated offers to the Contracting Office specified above, at or before 08 Sep, 2026, 1100 There are Brand name justifications for portions of this requirement. 1. Motorola WAVE Tactical is required to meet the needs of the government. 2. L3 Harris PRC167 is required to meet the needs of the government. (Please see the attached Brand Name Justificaiton and Approval). All other elements described in the statement of need are allowed to be of "or equal" specificaiton. Please see the attached Statement of Need for further information on this requirment.
