Description
The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires Contractor professional engineering and construction services for the design and fabrication of hazardous material storage modules to be installed on the weather decks of MSC ships. These modules are currently required for up to 21 ships for a potential total of 63 modules. Modules must be American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) certified for use as storerooms for paint and flammable liquids aboard vessels classed by ABS as cargo ships and inspected by USCG. ** Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the performance work statement. Changes are highlighted. ** Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to revise section A of the technical proposal instructions and subfactor 1.1. Changes are highlighted. ** Amendment 3: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the performance work statement. ** Amendment 4: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Correct the period of performance for the design line items (0001AA and 0002AA). Full details of the design schedule are contained in the performance work statement. 2) Extend the due date for submission of offers.
