Updated due date in Section L and added the verbiage �Vendor's quote shall be based on the salient characteristics specified under Section B/C in accordance with paragraph 3.0 of the Statement of Work.� Amendment 2: Updated CMMC requirement in Section M. Changed to �Offerors must have an active CMMC Level 1 (Self) status in SPRS by time of award or will receive a �not acceptable� rating and will be ineligible for award.� Updated Solicitation due date in Section L.
