Solicitation for B1502 Renovation

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed to renovate building 1502 as defined below and in accordance with attached drawings (26017_Bldg 1502 Finish Upgrades_ARCH): Base Bid: Remodeling of 10 bathrooms, replacement of 4 water fountains, and communications closet renovation Option 1: Replace carpet tile on second floor. Option 2: Replace carpet tile on first floor. Option 3: Conference Room lighting renovation. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
