Master Planner Services

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Master Planning professional services support to the 9th MSC. The Government shall not exercise direct control or day-to-day supervision over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Contract service providers shall be accountable to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. All operational, supervisory, approval, and decision-making authority remains with the Government. **NOTE** Please review the attached solicitation and Performance Work Statement (PWS) to ensure a clear understanding of the scope and requirements before submitting a proposal.
