4110--Canteen Walk-In Cooler Condenser, Evaporator and Associate Parts

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This solicitation is issued for Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Open Market, and Firm-Fixed Price. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415, with a small business size standard of 1250 Employees. The Central Virginia VA Health Care System (Richmond VA Medical Center), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249, has an ongoing requirement to support the Richmond VA Medical Center s canteen operations. The facility is undergoing renovation, and their walk-in cooler needs a new condenser and evaporator to ensure uninterrupted cold storage capability and food safety. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the proposer responsible whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 1PM EST on August 28, 2026. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
