Atsugi Debris Removal

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform mixed load (MLCW) waste disposal at Naval Air Facility Atsugi, Japan. This is a Pre-solicitation notice, no funding is attached to this notice, nor any quotations subitted in response to this posting will be considered for contract Award.
