Description

This solicitation is for rehabilitation of eighteen (18) Automated Surface Observing Systems (ASOS) across eleven states. Please see attachments for all solicitation details. IMPORTANT: The Instructions can be found in this RFQ under Section 6. The instructions explain exactly what quoters need to submit.
