FY26 FCI Berlin Remove and Replacement of Six (6)Dock Levelers

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the form in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B21826Q00000028. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please read it in its entirety. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-03. This solicitation is being issued with no set-aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 333921 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. The PSC for this requirement is 3950. The following items are required: 6x8 Hydraulic dock levelers QTY: 6 EA @ $________ Total $_________________ Labor to include: removal and disposal (off site) of existing dock levelers and outdated components, disconnect all electrical connections, necessary concrete repairs for proper mounting, install six (6) new levelers, and electrical work. QTY: 1 EA @ $________ Total $_________________ Freight QTY: 1 EA @ $________ Total $_________________ This solicitation is expected to result in a single award, of a firm-fixed price contract for commercial items. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government, considering the evaluation factors outlined below: 1. Price- The government will evaluate the Quoter�s proposed price to ensure it is fair and reasonable; 2. Delivery- The government will evaluate the Quoter�s proposed delivery dates to ensure delivery can be made within the requested timeframe; 3. Technical Compliance- Products proposed to meet the specifications of each line item; and 4. Past Performance- Past performance information shall include prior experience similar to performances undertaken by the contractor.
