The cancellation of this solicitation is based upon the following: Based on recommendations from Office of General Counsel (OGC), the Program Management Office (PMO) has agreed that the Combi Ovens solicitation should be canceled and resolicited at a later date once more refinement on the SCs and subfactors can be done.
