Outpatient Chest X-Ray Services

This solicitation will result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to support the occupational health readiness mission at Bluegrass Army Depot (BGAD). The contractor shall provide clinical reference Chest X-rays (PA & LA) 2 view with interpretation for employees at BGAD Occupational Health Clinic, Richmond, KY. This occupational health clinic is an extension of Ireland Army Health Clinic (IAHC), Fort Knox, KY. The contractor�s office must be located within a 20-mile radius of Bluegrass Army Depot.
