This requirement is for 400 gallons (delivered in 5 gallon pails) of Sherwin Williams SEAGUARD Antifouling bottom paint in black for the United States Naval Academy in accordance with the Description of Supplies contained within the attached solicitation. ONLY THIS BRAND AND TYPE OF PAINT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Quotes shall be submitte to Contract Specialist Ashley Steele at ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil by the date and time specified herein. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
