The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for: 1 x Passenger Motor Vehicle- BMW 5, Sedan Request for Quotation Number: PR16147646 A detailed description of the requested vehicles can be found below: Vehicle Make/Model: BMW 5 Series Body Type: Sedan Seating Capacity: 5 Number of Doors: 4 Fuel Type: Plug-in Hybrid (Gas + Electric) Transmission Type: Automatic Drivetrain Type: 4-Wheel Drive (xDrive) Minimum Output Performance: 220 kW (299 hp) Exterior Color: Dark Blue Metallic Interior: Leather/Artificial Leather, Black Extras: 3 physical keys BMW Travel, Innovation, and Comfort Packages The vehicle must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, within a reasonable period. The price quoted in the bid must include: DDP � Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is responsible for the entire shipment, including customs clearance and fees [if delivered outside of Germany] and delivering the goods to the Consualte's premises in Frankfurt. Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%. Offers from outside of Germany do not need to specify the local VAT percentage. The offered vehicles must be new (unused), and have a valid 2 year manufacturer warranty. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company submitting an acceptable offer with the best overall value. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
