In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) streamlining principles, the Hawaii Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for the following commercial services: Conduct anchor load inspection and certification with cleaning and patching rusted holes and welding metal parts on ladders. Rubble pile sites will be inspected prior to any welding to prevent fire and injuries during work. Perform a load test of all (18) total anchor points and D-rings. 1.
