Sole-Source Justification for My Talking Books (RealSAM) Dialog Licenses

This is a solicitation forRealSAM Dialog licenses and services required to operate the system in production for the My Talking Book Smart Speaker project, while meeting all IT information-system security requirements as required by the Library of Congress. This is a sole source. A signed J&A was previously posted for this solicitation and referenced herein. This is not open for competition. All other related and pertinant document are attached herein.
