Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 31140PR260000176 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USCG Base Kodiak Security System Upgrade. The NAICS Code is 334220. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is 1,250 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak, AK, has a requirement for a Security System Upgrade in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The period of performance is 150 days after receipt of order. Offerors shall provide a firm fixed price for item, inclusive of shipping and transportation of equipment to USCG Base Kodiak, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING BLDG 26, Kodiak, AK 99619 and any travel costs associated with the installation. Evaluation criteria is best value, where equipment quality and technical experience are more important than price. A site visit will be held on September 3, 2026. Attendance at this site visit is not required to submit a quote but highly encouraged for vendors unfamiliar with rural Alaska.
