Town of Cairo Water System Improvements Town of Cairo, Cairo, West Virginia The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Pittsburgh District, is carrying out a project to upgrade the existing water distribution systems within the Town of Cairo, WV. The project site has been divided into three general areas including the Water Distribution System Improvements, Water Meter Setting Replacements, and Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation.
