Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), is seeking small business sources for a potential firm-fixed-price contract to provide vault pumping services at Jennings Randolph Lake, located near Elk Garden, WV. The scope of work includes the scheduled and emergency removal and off-site disposal of raw sewage from various vault latrines, as well as the delivery and servicing of portable toilets. The contract period is anticipated to be a base year starting on or about January 1, 2027, with four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 562991: Septic Tank and Portable Toilet Servicing with a size standard of $9.0 Million. This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make awards, or pay for respondents expenditures made in response to this notice. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring this notice for any subsequent amendments. All submissions become government property and will not be returned. Any solicitation issued as a result of this notice will be in a separate announcement.
