Description
PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Irving, TX 75063, hereby provides notice of its intent to solicit for a DetectaChem Apex7 Spectrometer. The item will be procured through NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP), Group C, as a total small business set-aside, on a brand-name-or-equal basis. NASA SEWP is a federal strategically sourced contract vehicle and is mandatory when available and appropriate, in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 8.104, Use of Existing Contracts, and OMB Memorandum M-13-02, Improving Acquisition through Strategic Sourcing. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334516.
