Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0817 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a microcalorimeter per the statement of requirement. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 The small business size standard is 1,000 employees This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Statement of Requirement To procure a device (bio calorimeter) capable of measuring the metabolic output or heat from small cells (living organisms) and bacteria. This device must perform these functions with high-throughput capabilities and can maintain anoxic microenvironments for monitor metabolic output under anaerobic conditions. This requirement is subject to 52.225-5 Trade Agreements (Nov 2023) and 52.225-6 Trade Agreement Certificates ( Feb 2021).
