The Government is only conducting market research and attaining informational Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 � Market Research, to determine sources capable to provide non-personal services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Need(SON). All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. The purpose of this RFI is to query the market for potential interested capable, responsible, and qualified sources that can provide/perform the stated requirement.
