This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAX26Q0066 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the development and construction of a potable water well at the Lake Conasauga Campground This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 237110 The small business size standard is $45M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Questions shall be submitted via email to christopher.malley@usda.gov and are due no later than September 8, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Quotes are due NLT September 15, 2026 at 12:00 Eastern Time and may be sent electronically to christopher.malley@usda.gov and pps.proposals@usda.gov.
