This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for TCGRx Annual Maintenance & Support for VISN 20� in accordance with the Statement of Work as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.201-1(c)(2), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 12 will be used. Comparative evaluation is the side-by-side comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government.
