OCONUS Medical Q-Coded Services

The purpose of this amendment is to respond to RFP/CSS email Question and Answer inquiries (See the attached Question and Answer Clarifications). In addition to updating sections of the Combined Synopsis Solicitation (CSS) as identified in the Amendment, and the Proposal and Questions Due Dates for IDIQ #3, IDIQ #4, and IDIQ #5.All other terms and conditions remain the same.
