Description

VA Northern Indiana Health Care Systems (VANIHCS) Fort Wayne, Marion and St. Joseph � Mishawaka campuses located at 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805 and 1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953, respectively, has a requirement for a comprehensive air emissions inventory as detailed in the Performance Work Statement. This procurement has been set aside 100% for award to Service Disable Veteran Own Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSB concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. The anticipated award date is October 2, 2026 and the work needs to be completed by March 31, 2027. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about September 3, 2026. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.beta.sam.gov. All questions will be answered via the Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: Janel.Tate-Montgomery@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM (EST) September 7, 2026. Quotations are due no later than 9:00 AM (EST) on September 11, 2026, by email at Janel.Tate-Montgomery@va.gov NAICS 541620 applies. Size standards are $19 Million.
