Description
COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: Carrier 182-ton Air Cooled Chillers (Qty 2) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Request for Offer (RFO) format, FAR Subpart 12.6, and FAR Subpart 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). REQUIREMENT: - CLIN 0001: Carrier 182-ton Air Cooled Chiller, Part Number 30RC-1826S055-70C (for Building 905) Quantity: 1 EA | Work Task No: 19000666 - CLIN 0002: Carrier 182-ton Air Cooled Chiller, Part Number 30RC-1826S055-70C (for Building 2039) Quantity: 1 EA | Work Task No: 19200682 DELIVERY: - NLT 14-15 weeks after contract award. - FOB Destination to Warner Robins, GA 31098. SPECIFICATIONS (Brand Name Only - Continuity): Items must be original Carrier brand equipment. Refurbished units are not acceptable. Key technical features include: - Carrier Model 30RC-1826S055-70C (182-Ton capacity) - 460V, 3-Phase, 60Hz (460-3-60) - Variable Speed Fan (6-pole), BPHE SSV Option, No Suction Line Insulation - BACnet IP Interface, Full Hail Guard, STD SCCR (10kA), MCHX (Microchannel Heat Exchanger) - PIC6 + EMM + Remote Connectivity with Ethernet Switch - Rapid Restart Capability, BPHE Evaporator Heater, Single Point No Disconnect - 5-Year Complete Unit Parts and Labor Warranty - 1st Visit Carrier Start-up Included ACQUISITION DETAILS: - NAICS Code: 333415 - PSC: 4130 - Set-Aside: Total Small Business (Size Standard: 1,250 Employees) SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: All interested and responsible offerors must submit written, firm-fixed-price quotes on company letterhead. Quotes must contain a complete cost breakdown, unit and total pricing, payment terms, and the vendor's active UEI, CAGE code, and taxpayer ID number. COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: Offerors must have active registration in SAM.gov at the time of solicitation, evaluation, and immediately prior to contract award (RFO 9.104-1 & RFO 9.104-6). Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) profiles and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance (R-DFARS 252.204-7021(d)) will be verified prior to award.
