WA-SPRING CRK NFH-AUTO TRANSFER SWITCH The Contractor shall furnish all qualified labor, supervision, equipment, replacement equipment, parts, materials, supplies, tools, transportation, testing instruments, programming tools, and incidental services necessary to replace the failed ATS PLC; repair or replace other ATS components as necessary for compatibility and proper operation; restore phase monitoring, manual and automatic generator testing with load transfer, and existing alarm-system communication; repair or replace three PM800 displays; perform functional testing and commissioning; and provide required documentation in accordance with the PWS.
