This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument to re-stipe roads and parking lots, Siskiyou County, CA The purpose of this Amendment no. 05 is to provide all interested parties additional follow-up Questions and Answers (Q&A) The additional Q&A is included as Attachment 7 titled "Amendment 5 Attachment 7 Follow-Up Q and A." Solicitation response date has not changed. Quotes are due by 4pm PDT on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, email to Phaedra_Fuller@ios.doi.gov.
