This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, Lava Beds National Monument to re-stipe roads and parking lots, Siskiyou County, CA The purpose of this Amendment no. 04 is to extend the response date so that additional Q&A can be compiled. Quotes are due by 4pm PDT on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, email to Phaedra_Fuller@ios.doi.gov. NOTE: Amendment 5 will be posted within a day, to provide additional follow-up Q&A.
