Description

The purpose of this amendment is to schedule a site visit for September 4, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET at the MSHA facility located at 765 Technology Drive, Building 1, Triadelphia, WV 26059. The Point of Contact is: Wesley Shumaker - 202-693-1000 EXT: 16579 The proposal response due date is September 8, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to procure and install new replacement units for the Carrier (or equivalent) chiller.
