DHS is interested in complete small multirotor system kits with rapid deployment, operational video or imagery payloads, secure command-and-control and data links, domestic sourcing, NDAA compliance, Blue UAS/Green UAS or equivalent cybersecurity and supply chain maturity, and scalable production capacity. This Request for Information is for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses are voluntary, and the Government will not pay for response preparation or submission.
