3 September 2026 - The purpose of amendment 5 is to enclose the following attachments: 1. Attachment A_Price Worksheet Rev.1 6. Attachment A-E2 OCONUS PACIFC EUROPE Priority Instruction Rev.1 The above attachments revise and replace the previous ones. Furthermore, the due date for questions has changed from 11 September 2026 to 16 September 2026 and the due date for submittal of proposal has changed from 18 September 2026 to 23 September 2026. Lastly, it is enclosed the Questions and Answers document. **************************** 28 August 2026 - The purpose of Amendment 4 is to extend the due date for questions from 2 September 2026 to 11 September 2026 and the due date for the proposal from 11 September 2026 to 18 September 2026. **************************** 19 August 2026 - The purpose of Amendment 3 is to extend the due date for questions from 21 August 2026 to 2 September 2026 and the due date for the proposal from 28 August 2026 to 11 September 2026. **************************** 6 August 2026 - The purpose of the amendment 2 is to extent the date to submit questions from 7 August 2026 up to 14 August 2026 and to extend the solicitation end date from 21 August 2026 to 28 August 2026. (see attachment) **************************** 17 July 2026 - Purpose of publising Amendment 1 is to add information about submitting questions (see yellow highlighted text in the attachment). **************************** This solicitation is for the performance of Packing, Containerization and Local Drayage services under Direct Procurement Method DPM Personal Property Shipments for military members and civilian employees for movement or drayage and services related to inbound and outbound shipments of household goods and unaccompanied baggage, as well as local moves. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials, except as specified herein as Government-furnished, for the preparation of the personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and / or storage and related services through the DPM.
