Description

*NOTE: Amendment A0001, added 9/3/2026, re-opens the solicitation and extends the original deadline by one week from 01 Sept, 2026 1:00pm EDT to 08 Sept 2026 1:00pm EDT. Additionally, it moved the WAWF clause from Attachment 1 PART VIII to the SF1449, Please see the attached SF30(0001), updated SF1449(0001), and updated Attachment 1 added with this amendment* MSC requests four (4) time-chartered, U.S. flag, Jones Act compliant, tugs to provide harbor support services and ship handling at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI.
