Amendment A0002: The government is reopening and extending the solicitation as a result of receiving no responsive ISBEE quotes at a fair and reasonable price. The government withdrawals the ISBEE set-aside and revises the set-aside to 100% Small Business. Current quotations will be included in the final evaluation unless rescinded or revised. The government invites new quotations pursuant to all other terms and conditions of the original RFQ. Quotes are due on 14 SEP 2026 NLT 0800MT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment A00001: Per industry request, the solicitation due date is extended to 8.31.26 at 0800 MT. All other terms and conditions are unchanged.
