Description
Offerors shall be registered and active at System for award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov at time of offer. Refer to the attached Statement of Work. Refer to Price/Cost Schedule for line items. All questions must be in writing and emailed to mariah.delaney-mack@va.gov. All questions must be received no later than 13:00 CST 09/08/2026. Requested Items should be delivered for immediate use to: Fargo VA Health Care System Warehouse 2101 Elm St N Fargo, ND 58102-2417 Pay special attention to clause 52.225-2. Failure to return a signed Buy American Act Certificate will in a irresponsible determination.
