Bauer Fuel Flow Transmitter Test Stand (UF-7) Power Supply Evaluation and Repair

Commander Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC), located at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD hereby gives notice of their intent to award a BPA Call to Hartech Group LLC, 40343 US Highway 19 N Unit 101 Tarpon Springs, FL 34689-4846 (Cage Code: 6H5F3) on a sole source basis in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. FRC South West, NAS North Island has a requirement for an Evaluation and Repair for a government owned asset located at the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW). The requested service is for the Bauer Fuel Flow Transmitter Test Stand (UF-7) part #1775005, Serial #45353, Asset #65888058869. Power Supply part number 7793008. Hartech Group, LLC has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract N6852024A0004 by the Department of War (DoW) for repair, and maintenance necessary to support equipment manufactured by Original Equipment Manufacture�s. Due to urgency and restrictive data rights, the Hartech Group is the only source capable of procuring this service. Bauer is the OEM for this power supply and owns the data rights along with the knowledge required for repair. Hartech is an authorized distributor for Bauer and has a BPA established with COMFRC which will decrease procurement time. This satisfies both time constraints and restrictive data rights required for this acquisition. For this reason, the Government intends to procure evaluation and repair on a sole source basis from Hartech Group, LLC (Cage: 6H5F3)
