OCONUS Medical Q-Coded Services

The purpose of this amendment is to add the updated Combined Synopsis Solicitation in response to the Direct Patient Care and Mental Health Offeror questions and answers. In addition to adding the updated Technical Exhibit 5 for Nursing Services, Medical Support, and Dental Services. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
