COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION US SPACE ECONOMY STUDY This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and no other written solicitation will be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The small business size standard is $28.0M. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following commercial services: Line Item 0001 � This study will identify and justify a set of defined metrics that can support recurring federal assessment and provide policymakers with sustained insight into the growth, health, competitiveness, resilience, and emerging challenges of the ecosystem, in accordance with the attached, incorporated Statement of Work.
