The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting FLIR RECON V Thermal Imaging Device Repair for Coast Guard National City, CA detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 34269PR260000037 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for FLIR RECON V Thermal Imaging Device Repair for Coast Guard National City, CA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The size standard is $34 Million and NAICS is 811210. The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The Government proposes to solicit quotes for the following item(s): FLIR RECON V Thermal Imaging Device Repair (See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for complete details). 1. Please read the entire solicitation, including all attachments, to ensure completion of all required representations, certifications, and submissions. Acknowledge all Solicitation amendments (SF-30) issued by the Government. 2. Your offer shall include ALL of the documents and information listed in the solicitation; and your offer shall be received by this office at or before September 13, 2026, 8:00 a.m., Pacific Time, to be eligible for award. 3. This solicitation does not obligate the Government to compensate for any costs incurred by the Offeror in preparation and/or submission of any offer, not does it obligate the Government to procure for said services/supplies. 5. Questions/Concerns: It shall be the obligation of the offeror to exercise due diligence to discover and to bring to the attention of the Government any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or concerns regarding the information in this solicitation.
