This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. (iii) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired, including documentation supporting any brand name descriptions (see 12.102). USCIS Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate (FDNS) requires evidence-based interview training tailored to the USCIS investigative and adjudicative environment. The training shall provide FDNS personnel with practical strategies for conducting corroboration-based interviews, developing interview plans, managing information, building cooperation, assessing credibility, and using evidence appropriately during interviews. (iv) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and f.o.b. point (see part 47). Period of Performance: September 11, 2026 to September 10, 2026 (Anticipated). Place of performance: The training shall be delivered in person at a USCIS-designated training location. The final location shall be coordinated after award between USCIS and contractor personnel.
