USSS Leadership Connect

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70US09-26-Q7009-2851 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Leadership Connect Licenses. This acquisition not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The Government has determined that the acquisition circumstances deem only one source is available, and the basis for the decision is pursuant to FAR 12.102(a) (FAR Class Deviation 25-21). The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to solicit and award a purchase order on a sole source basis for Leadership Connect Licenses to Leadership Connect. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The United States Secret Service (USSS) Congressional Affairs Program has a need to access real-time congressional information by obtaining on-line service/software that allows users to reach out to congressional contacts with verified/current information, visualize congressional reporting structures and roles, and build cross-agency connections within these offices to support the legislative priorities of the Secret Service. A list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure: Leadership Connect: Access to on-line directories and legislative information; 1each Base one year, plus four (4) Option Years This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination by the U.S. Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the U.S. Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any information submitted by respondents is strictly voluntary.
