Pavement Rehabilitation B836 and B31

The Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and ancillary items necessary to complete pavement repair for the Building 836 Area Parking Lot, with an option to perform the same scope of work at Building 31. The project is required to correct identified pavement deficiencies, restore the pavement to an acceptable operational condition, and prevent continued deterioration across the designated parking lot areas.
