Lake Barkley Paving at Cadiz Recreation Area and Canal Campground

SOLICITATION AMENDMENT: W912P526QA037-0001 extends the offer due date to Tuesday, 15 September 2026 by 1:00 PM CT and various other changes. Refer to the solicitation amendment and revised/new attachments for complete details.PURPOSE: The Nashville District (LRN), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract utilizing the procedures at Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will be responsible for the following activities/items under the proposed contract: This project is performed at the Cadiz Recreation Area and Canal Campgrounds at Lake Barkley located near Cadiz, KY. The project generally consists of paving and storm drain improvements within Canal Campground and Cadiz Recreational areas which includes, but may not be limited to, asphalt milling and overlay, full depth replacement of pavement, striping, asphalt curbing, asphalt speed bumps, and (11) culvert replacements. The option items generally includes, but may not be limited to, gravel shoulder, pavement extensions, slurry seal roads and parking lots, campsite paving, striping, and concrete ditch extensions. Location: Cadiz Recreation Area, Lake Barkley, near Cadiz, KY, and Canal Campground, Lake Barkley, near Grand Rivers, KY.
