Description

CISA requires a total of twenty-one (21) Zebra MC3390xR mobile/handheld UHF RFID readers and seventy (70) Zebra FXR9600 Ultra-rugged UHF RFID Readers delivered, installed and integrated with CISA�s Sunflower Asset Management System, to support CISA�s technology and property management needs and comply with its efficient operations priorities. The twenty-one (21) Zebra MC3390xR mobile/handheld UHF RFID Readers will be used by property officers to conduct inventory and property records management tasks. The seventy (70) Zebra FXR90 Ultra-rugged UHF RFID Readers will be installed at designated chokepoints (e.g., receiving docks, steward transition points) to automatically capture asset movements. The handheld and installed readers will be integrated with CGI Federal�s Sunflower Asset Management System (SAMS), leveraging CGI Federal�s proprietary middleware (e.g., MobileTrak/Synclink) to produce movement events and reconcile with asset records. Work will include procurement, integration, travel, training, and support services. The contractor shall perform site surveys and RF design, supply hardware, install, configure, integrate with Sunflower via approved middleware, and conduct acceptance testing. NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is a �Notice of Intent to Sole Source� announcement only. This is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Any responses to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. This notice does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. Funds have been authorized or appropriated for this effort. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(i), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements may submit.The acquisition will be conducted through the RFO FAR Part 12.102(b) Restricting Competition, using the statutory authority at 41 U.S.C. �?1901 for commercial products and services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 518210. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 15, 2026, at 12:00 pm Eastern Time.
