Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Procurement Section is issuing this urgent Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procure the rental of material handling equipment and vehicle support at the Rota Federal Staging Area in support for DR4931. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number 70FBR926Q00000035 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for material handling equipment and vehicle support for operations support within DR4931-MP. This acquisition is local area set-aside for Island of Rota in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The base contract period of performance is 30 days from the date of award, and (2) 30-day option periods. The quotation shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Demetria Carter at demetria.carter@fema.dhs.gov and cc: jacob.triplett@fema.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 pm ChST, September 10, 2026.
