USS JOHN P MURTHA (LPD-26) ENGINE REPLACEMENT PARTS

This is a sources sought announcement in accordance with RFO FAR 15.101 and in anticipation of a future procurement. Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is conducting market research to determine industries capability to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) direct replacement parts and components for the USS JOHN P MURTHA (LPD 26) long lead time material for the Engine Replacement Parts. This is in direct support of the upcoming FY27 Dry-Docking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). See Product Description List (Enclosure (1)). The contractor shall furnish ALL materials required in the Product Description List. SWRMC is especially interested in determining small business capability and interest. SWRMC is contemplating award of a firm fixed price contract for the requirement specified in the attached Product Description List. The applicable NAICS code is 333618 Other Engine Equipment Manufacturing. What/Where to Submit: Interested companies should submit, on company letterhead, a letter of interest including the name, telephone number, mailing address, and email address of one (1) point of contact. The letter of interest should include a brief description of your company and its ability to provide all the OEM materials no later than Tuesday, 15 September 2026 or best availability as set forth in Enclosure (1), and answers to the following specific questions. Please limit your response to no more than five (5) pages.1.
