RSI - Construction of Fort Hood Barracks #104

Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for Market Research Purposes Only Brief Scope: Design and construct a permanent party Barracks utilizing modular construction to the maximum extent practicable to accommodate 250 Soldiers. Target Price Range (TPR): The Government has established a Target Price Range (TPR) for construction between $99,628,420.00 (the strict CCL) and $110,698,420.00 (the estimated Construction Budget), within a total Programmed Amount (PA) of $125,000,000.00. Projected Award Date: The Government targets the formal award of the potential Agreement Phase 1 (Design and Preconstruction Services) on or about Third or Fourth Quarter of FY27. Period of Performance (POP): Approximately 1000 calendar days following the potential execution of the Phase 2 Construction modification. Based on the information provided in Attachment 02, offerors must address all topics within the Project Delivery & Acquisition Strategy Questionnaire. The questionnaire must be completed in its entirety, submitted with your proposal package, and cannot exceed ten (10) pages in length.
