Proposal due date has been extended to 16 Sep 2026. 01 Sept 2026; (Amendment 1) Revised PWS, Questions and Answers, On-Demand Pricing spreadsheet added, and Rev Past Performance added. All submissions shall be based on and submitted on Amend 1 documents. Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), Patuxent River, and Joint Base Andrews (JBA) has a requirement for Courier laboratory specimens delivery services.
